Welcome to our first blog post for 2015. Our summer started with a family vacation in the first part of July. Everyone arrived in Florida and we drove to Port Canaveral to board the absolutely awesome and beautiful Disney Dream for a 4 night Caribbean cruise which included a stop in Nassau and two days at Disney's island - Castaway Cay. No pictures were taken on Castaway Cay because we were having too much fun on the beach and in the water with the grandkids. Then there was pirate night complete with Capt Jack and fireworks to boot. FYI Disney is the only cruise line that has a license to do fireworks at sea. A fun time was had by all. When the cruise ended on July 5th, we drove to Disney World for a 4 night stay at Saratoga Springs. It was hot hot hot but a lot of fun as well. We celebrated two birthdays while at the parks - Jovin turned 10 on July 6th and Payton turned 6 on the 8th.
