Kansas City

The photo of the tower is the National WWI Memorial. The large building is Union Station which is the second largest train station in the country (Grand Central Station in NY is the largest). There was a nice railroad exhibit which featured BNSF (our son in law's railroad). Our visit to Union Station was followed by lunch -bbq sof course- at Jack Stack's. After lunch we toured Hallmark HQ and saw Maxine as well as some Christmas trees. The tradition was that staff decorated a themed tree for Mr. Hall every year until he died in the 1980's.
