Hello everyone! We arrived in St George, Utah and reunited with friends and wagon masters Pat and Alice Maitland and met our first guests. We had several" cool" days in the low 100s to do the rig inspections and get to meet and greet our guests and new friends. As usual, Alice likes to have an ice breaker at the welcome dinner. Can you tell who is who? We had a great welcome dinner and had so much food left over that we had another meal before we headed to our next stop at Jacos Lake. But while we were in St George we took a bus trip to Zion National Park which was our first park. As you can see we enjoyed the park and each others antics. St George was the first large Mormon Settlement outside of Salt Lake City. Brigham Young resided there for a time while they were settling the area and again in his later years. As I mentioned, our next stop was Jacob Lake. From there we visiedt the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. The frequency of our posts is dependent upon internet access and speed so they are a little behind where we are currently located.
