Our visit to Arlington cemetery with our friends the Langes. The first picture is of me and Roseann at the Women's Memorial.
The two picures below were taken at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. The one on the left was at the "Changing of the Guard" ceremony. Of course we visited JFK's grave and the triangular monument is a Coast Guard Memorial from World War I. If you zoom in it says "World War" which indicates that it has been around a long time. Even Ken didn't realize before this visit that there was a Coast Guard Memorial there. It lists the names of the crew of two ships (the Tampa and the Seneca) that were sunk during WWI.
